Acceptance of Shipping and Return Policy Terms

1. Returns will only be processed once approved by our customer support team. To initiate a return or for any related inquiries, please contact support@solureastore.com within 7 calendar days after the order has been delivered and received.

2. If your item is defective, damaged, or not functioning properly, please submit a claim with the required proof as requested by our support team. Claims without proper verification will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

3. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Products that have been altered after delivery are not eligible for return. Please keep your return receipt and email us a photo so we can track your package.

4. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Wrong size or color selection
  
• Change of mind
  
• Incorrect address provided by the customer
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
• Items not in original condition or packaging
• Packages that are refused at delivery, abandoned, or returned outside the approved return process will not be accepted as valid returns.

5. You are responsible for using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not provide return labels or cover return shipping costs.

6. Please check the size chart and color carefully before placing an order. Print-on-demand items are made only after an order is placed, so we cannot accept requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

7. Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

8. Order cancellations or changes are allowed within 60 minutes by contacting us at support@solureastore.com, provided the order has not been shipped. Once an order is dispatched and a tracking number is assigned, cancellations or retrievals are no longer possible.

9. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure your full and correct address is entered at checkout. Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are not eligible for a refund.

10. If your package is lost or not delivered, please submit a claim within 20 calendar days of the dispatch date. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

11. If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but you have not received it, it will not be considered lost. Please contact the courier directly to file a claim.

12. All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined and collected by your country’s border authorities, not by us, and are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

13. Occasionally, we may split your order into multiple shipments. This happens when some items are available for delivery before the rest of your order. In such cases, you will be notified and provided with tracking information for each shipment.

14. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

15. Standard delivery usually takes 10–14 business days, depending on your region.
